Cancellation Policy

Training fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a course, you may transfer to another class date once without losing your tuition. Your request to transfer must be made in writing via email at least fourteen days prior to the class start date. If fewer than fourteen days before the class, or if you are unable to attend a future class, you may give your spot to someone else. If Patriot Training and Consulting is forced to cancel a course for ANY reason, you will be given the choice of moving to another available class date or a full refund.

Note: There will be no rebooking or refunds for Guest Instructor courses hosted by Patriot Training or joint courses taught by a Patriot Training instructor and any of the instructors we have teamed with.
